AGF Manufacturing is a U.S. manufacturer specializing in fire sprinkler system testing and draining, pressure relief, air venting, corrosion monitoring, auxiliary drain management, freeze and flood prevention, and floor control assemblies. Since 1986, AGF has worked closely with the fire protection community to develop practical solutions that make fire sprinkler systems easier to install, test, maintain, and manage.
AGF was founded on solving problems in the field. In 1986, George J. McHugh III and Alan B. Gilmore introduced the original TESTanDRAIN® Model 1000, a single-handle valve that simplified the traditional inspector's test and drain configuration, which previously required 17 separate connections.
Since that first innovation, AGF has continued to develop products that address the challenges encountered in wet, dry, and preaction fire sprinkler systems. Today, AGF solutions help fire protection professionals test and drain systems, manage pressure, remove trapped air, monitor corrosion, manage and remotely monitor auxiliary drains, reduce the risk of freeze and flood damage, and simplify system installation and maintenance.
AGF remains a family owned and operated company committed to product quality, U.S. manufacturing, technical support, and continued involvement in the fire protection industry. TESTanDRAIN valves are made in America, and many other AGF products are made or assembled in the United States and are BABAA compliant.

At AGF, we have a passion for industry involvement and innovation of products that solve problems in the field. Jim and George McHugh answer technical questions, provide virtual and in-person training, and man our booth at industry events so that they can stay involved with members of the industry and aware of what innovations will better serve it.
With that mindset, over the years AGF has introduced a range of product lines, including COLLECTanDRAIN auxiliary drains, PURGEnVENT air venting valves, RiserPACK floor control assemblies, CORRinSITE corrosion monitors, Inspector'sTEST inspector’s test valves, RemoteTEST remote test and drain valves, and the TESTanSAVE test water recirculation system.
